No. 27 Gymnastics Takes 2nd at Governor's Cup

Solid performances from freshman Brittney Hardiman and sophomore Taylor Seaman helped the No. 27 NC State gymnastics team to a second place finish at the Governor's Cup in Towson, Md. on Friday, Feb. 1. A team meet score of 192.750 put the Wolfpack just behind No. 21 North Carolina who scored a 194.000. Maryland placed third with 191.825 and Towson rounded out the quad with a 191.675. The win over Maryland gave the Pack its first EAGL conference win of the season, and the Pack moves to 4-1 (1-0 EAGL) this season.
